Registration fee for graduate students, researchers, and practitioners from academia and industry:
- 170€ (Early bird registration), 220€ (Regular registration) (thanks to our co-organizers!).
- Registration fee for PhD Students of the University of Padova: 0€ (Waived registration) (thanks to our co-organizers!).
- Registration fee for Students of the University of Padova: 0€ (Waived registration) (thanks to our co-organizers!).
The PhD school organization reserves the right for waived registrations to offer only coffee breaks (lunches, social events, and social dinner are excluded)..
Please note that the received applications will be processed on a First Come First Serve (FCFS) policy, and the eligible applicants (eligibility will be confirmed via email after application) will be admitted right away once they pay the registration fee and finish the online registration process.
The accommodation is NOT included in the registration fee.
How to Apply

- a motivation letter explaining your interest in the school and your experience in the area;
Attendance is limited to facilities restrictions. Participants will be selected based on the quality of their curriculum and motivation letter, giving equal opportunities for women and men coming from different countries. The school organization reserves the right to provide a limited number of travel grants, selected by the Executive Committee. If approved, the grants will be in the form of reimbursement for travel expenses and will be communicated on the final day of the school. The selection criteria for the grants are: the curriculum vitae, the motivation letter, and the distance from the University of Padua (e.g., the greater the distance of the host University, the greater the possibility to receive the grant). The organization of the school will support students in finding accommodation, possibly at the University residences.
